Our experience with the people who run this has been very poor. We booked and paid the deposit in October. We subsequently had a family bereavement and another family member suffered brain tumour whic has required full time care. As such, we forgot to pay the balance on the stated date but instead of contacting us to remind us or even politely check everything was OK, they resold the accommodation and refunded the deposit.
