Simon came the same afternoon I called him. I had a very small wasps nest in the shed that I didn’t want to get any bigger. He removed it and the one or two wasps in a bag to relocate (possibly to his shed). I was so pleased there was no need to kill the wasps. He wasn’t sure he got the queen but he will come back and get her if she starts building again. It’s so nice to meet someone who doesn’t want to just kill everything. I would highly recommend Simon and shall certainly use him again if the need arises. Thank you.
Fantastic service by Simon upon discovering a problem (a small rat) and having phoned other out of hours pest control companies and had been quoted hundreds to have the issue dealt with some saying they couldn't even come that night. Upon speaking with Simon he said he could not only be with me within 15 minutes but would be able to deal with it for a fraction of the cost. Cannot recommend Simon enough. Very knowledgeable, honest and responsive and resolved our pest issue. He is experienced and uses the most modern methods to resolve pest problems. We contacted him after reading his reviews and so glad we did! Thank you again for an excellend service.
Simon came out within a couple of hours probably extending his working hours. He was punctual, polite and thorough. I would recommend him for excellent service.
