Had a persistent rat in the cavity of the house. Simon was great, very friendly and professional. He called around quickly, checked the perimeter of the house and swiftly identified the point of entry after a drain survey. He fitted a none return valve and we haven’t had a problem since. Can’t recommend him enough

I cannot recommend Simon highly enough. Firstly over the weekend he was quick to respond to numerous emails, advising both from photos and conversations.too He then arranged to visit the property on Monday am. Simon arrived promptly and completed the job with speed. Thank you so much.
