Basic hotel with self check-in. Bar area no longer in service, but a basic pub close by on main road. Breakfast however was very good and staff were attentive and on the ball. Friend chose here for her birthday treat, but made a mistake, thought was near Haworth and KWVR 🤦🏻♂️ Don't ask🤷🏽♂️
Found it a very pleasant, friendly hotel and nothing was too much trouble. They We're very understanding as we had a 14month old with us who was on occasion a little noisy but they told us not to worry. Will deffinately returning on the future.
Room nice clean breakfast excellent very polite and helpful service would stay if in that area again .
I stayed at this hotel on 13th September and it was an utter disappointment. The shower in our room did not work at all — just a pathetic drip from the pipe — making it impossible to shower. Despite reporting the problem, no one came to fix it, and we were forced to check out early. Customer service was shocking. Staff were polite enough but completely ineffective.
