Sus mecánicos no tienen profesionalismo tuvieron mi camioneta una Silverado 2016 por seis semanas tenía problemas de la trasmision y no me la pudieron componer dos veces me llamaron tu camioneta esta lista la recogía y solo servía un día al final dijeron no la podemos areglar no puede ser que un taller de renombre o puede agreglar una camioneta de su misma marca eso es no tener vergüenza

service after the sale, yeah right. more like how many ways can we try to void your warranty, on your new truck we just gouged you on. Tallahassee dealers are the absolute worst.
The service is the worst. They had my car all week. For the fifth or sixth time. No one calls you with updates. I have to call them. Crappy service. Dropped off Monday no one called me. I waited until Wednesday and called. To be told it maybe Thursday to get my car fixed. It’s Friday and no one has called. 😡

Salesman never called me back to let me know what was happening as he said he would and the representative called me to ask me about about the service I received was and I told her it was very poor, didn’t even get offered a test drive. She said that she would have the manager call me back which he never did. I definitely would not recommend Dale Earnhardt Jr Chevrolet to anybody!
We were there on Tuesday evening looking for a used Malibu, a special thank you to our salesperson Summer. My wife is very happy with the car, the Red sold her.
