My experience at Dale Earnhart Chevy from service to sales has been largely negative; I've experienced long wait times for routine maintenance (full day for oil change with appt.), while in the waiting room I've heard offensive jokes made in the service department, and on one occassion the service team completely left the oil cap off after an oil change (which was only realized after driving my car around for a few days.) we bought a used car (2016 Impala only 6200 miles) there that put us $4000 upside down. fine, I knew that going in. 1 month later in for service for a couple of issues they badgered us all day till we traded it in and bought a recent trade in, a 2019 Toyota Camry with 500 miles on it. the car is great what pisses me off is when we said NO they won't leave us alone till we agreed. NOW $8000 UPSIDE DOWN ! WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN AND I'VE BOUGHT A LOT OF CARS IN MY LIFE !

Andrea was my sales lady. She went above and beyond and I am forever greatful! The GM at this dealership needs to know as well as her immediate boss that he needs other salesman as awesome and exceptional as Andrea!
