This is the 3rd and last car that I’ll be purchasing from this dealership...there’s a problem EVERY TIME. I haven’t had the truck one whole month yet and the battery keeps dying! When I take it in to get serviced you all will charge almost $200 with a warranty. I’m disgusted and highly disappointed! Merry Christmas to me right???😭

I obtained my own financing prior to contacting this facility and found the car that I wanted through their Hendrick Automotive Group website since no one from this facility provided assistance with helping me to locate a vehicle. I'm confused as to why I have not received a follow up call as I try to purchase or why my call was transferred mid-sentence when I requested to speak with a manager. This is not customer service. The Pompano Honda sister facility has been even worst.
