I have lived at Dakota Ranch for going on three years. The neighbors are great and the community is super pet friendly especially considering of our access to the Ringtail Ridge trails! The staff is awesome and is always there to help out especially my buddy Jack in the leasing office if you have any questions I'm sure he'd be glad to help. Definitely consider this as your new home, it's a great place to be and I highly recommend it!

Expensive. Could get the same apartment for around six hundred, thin walls and have had lots of problems.
