I love living at Dakota Ranch! The staff is super friendly, apartments are nice sized, and the location is perfect. Close to everything but still a country feel. I can see the stars at night and when I venture into Ringtail Ridge it doesn't even feel like I'm in the city! After living at a number of student complexes around town, Dakota Ranch is a breath of fresh air. Thank you for making my living experience a wonderful one!

By far the best apartment I've lived in and highly recommended to anyone. The apartments are very nice and comfortable. Maintenance is also quick to fix even small problems. I feel that this is also a very safe environment to live in. I have continuously been impressed by dakota ranch and they're staff. Everyone here is very friendly and willing to help out with any problems to ensure you have the best living experience. This is a perfect community for a college student, especially if you own large dogs (They are one of the only complexes in San Marcos that allow pit bulls). The staff at Dakota Ranch is awesome and maintenance stays on top of things. Definitely renewing.

Living here this year has been the best decision I could've made. The staff are personal, incredibly friendly, and genuinely there to help and get to know you. I have felt so cared for by them and their attention to service. Any time I have ever put in a maintenance request, it has been fixed that day, and they take care to make sure everyone is satisfied. I've really enjoyed living at Dakota Ranch this past year, the staff has been very helpful, approachable, and very friendly! The pool is beautiful, the labdscape is refreshing, and tge trail is awesome for my dogs(german shepherds) when I can get myself out there lol. Maintenance has always been quick to respond to orders, I love having a washer and dryer right next to my room, and overall my neighbors have been awesome!

Place seems legit so far. Got a basketball court so that I can hoop and some cool neighbors. I'm hoping the couple things that need to get fixed will. Like missing shower bar, and light fixture for my ceiling fan. My overall experience has been better than my last place and the nice lady up front helped me and my boys a ton ;)
