Dakota Ranch has been one of my best living experiences in San Marcos. They are very quick to take care of my needs and always handle all maintenance issues in a quick and professional manner. I have never had any problems with the property and plan to stay awhile!!!
Don't live here, they don't give a crap about their residents. Dakota Ranch forced remodeled the entire complex and then left giant messes in our apartments with several broken utilities.
