We found Dakota Ranch through a Locator service in San Marcos and it has been the best living experience I've ever had. I wanted somewhere more quiet than the typical college housing style and Dakota Ranch is it. Huge apartments for a good price, lots of parking, I've never experienced any noise complaints. Very quiet property, awesome amenities, friendly staff, pet friendly which is perfect because I have two huge dogs.
