Dakota Ranch is one of my favorite properties in San Marcos! Everyone that lives here is really friendly and the property has beautiful running trails in the back. Plus the clubhouse has a Starbucks coffee machine that comes in handy on mornings when I'm super tired before class. Great atmosphere, pet friendly, and awesome amenities. Love it here!

Always clean and well kept apartment complex, lovely place to call home. Great amenities, hiking trail just the place to go with my dog. Staff always friendly, with a smile, makes my day.
Dakota ranch is the best apartment complex I have lived in. Things are taken care of in a professional and timely matter. Management is always more than helpful. The environment is enjoyable and relaxing!

I recently signed my lease for Dakota Ranch. Jack was so helpful, friendly and funny and he let me come back to do a second tour, even when they were about to close. All of their amenities, such as the hiking trails with mountain bikes available for residents, an awesome gym and pool/volleyball area, and hearing that they always have snacks and food for residents is what made my decision to sign so easy! Not to mention all of the storage closets and nice counter tops/kitchens/bathrooms. So excited to move in!
