we just went camping in our new Jayco for the first time. couldn't find the black tank valve. spent half a day, on internet and FB trying to locate it. finally I had to cut the under liner and there it was, handle missing, but enclosed above the liner. the money we paid for the prep and walk through, should of found this issue. now we will spend our Sunday trying to find a valve handle for it.
Bought a 2019 brand new camper trailer from Dad’s in October. The salespeople were very pleasant, friendly, and hospitable. After discovering some issues with the camper, I am now 8 months out and still trying to get the same problem,from the first two weeks of ownership, repaired through warranty. I feel like I’ve been given the run around and thrown out. This is the best camper dealership I have ever stepped foot in. Purchased a new fifth wheel from them and the entire process was great. Ray and his whole team answered all of my questions and helped transfer some of my things from my old unit. Even after the sale, anytime I have a question about my new unit, they are quick to find an answer and help me while I am out of town working. They have been nothing but awesome!
