We're snowbirds from the north and were here a couple of years ago to obtain a new part for our trailer fridge. Found that the staff in the parts store was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Dropped by here again last month to buy propane. It was reassuring to deal with the same friendly staff. Appreciate the free water and RV dump. They maintain a clean orderly site. It's a delight to come across such a fine RV dealer during our travels.
We have used Blue Compass/Affinity for several years and had not previously been overly happy with customer service.. We just recently took our 5th wheel in for repair. Wow!! What a great experience!! We feel that the level of customer service has seriously escalated!!! Dan Henry has been amazing since we walked in the door. We would highly recommend Dan and Blue Compass for your RV service!!!
I bought a Tag 320 Lite from a Blue Compass dealer in TX. Well, the brand new trailer's battery was wired completely wrong! The battery drained and I had zero power first time I stepped in the unit. Mike at BC service Prescott stepped in and BOOM! They immediately rewired the connections (awesome tech staff) and I had my BIG problem resolved in 20 minutes. Thank you BC Prescott. Thank you Mike... I'll be back!
Shelly made our experience buying our first fifth wheel so enjoyable. Blue Compass Prescott was a refreshing experience vs. past dealership/service experiences that left us extremely disappointed. She is high energy and what she says she will do, she does! Connor in service ran us through absolutely everything on our new coach, and left us feeling competent to start using it. PDI was an awesome experience! Thank you to Shelly & everyone at Blue Compass Prescott!
UPDATE: 8/22/23 RYAN MERCER, PARTS MANAGER, HAS REDEEMED AFFINITY RV FOR MY HUSBAND AND MYSELF. Wow, what a professional, courteous manager. He heard me, addressed my issue and has almost resolved it. Fabulous, stellar employee, other employees should take heed from this man! Great hire. Thanks Ryan. UPDATE: 3/7/24 Wonderful parts person, Riley. Fabulous communication, attitude and customer service.
