B & B, This is our 4th rig from Affinity, 2 motorhomes and 2 fifth wheels. We are very happy customers. They carry quality units and have a great service department, our latest 5th wheel is a 41' Solitude, it is a beauty. Our sales rep was John Britt, very knowledgeable, low key and if he didn't have the answer he would get it. Sean McComas did the paperwork, and Scott and Daniel in service did the prep and walk thru. I bought a 2019 Winnebago Micro Minnie 1706 from this location. Everyone, my salesmanJay Bates, finance directorJeff Dick, and a truly great technician Brice, worked very hard to make sure my transaction went smoothly. I will definitely recommend Affinity to anyone that mentions wanting to buy an RV, or needing service for one. Thank You Barbara Panos
Procedures in the service department are totally inadequate. A customer is required to make an appointment, at least a week out to GET IN LINE for service, then wait at least Another week just for service to get started. Service should begin at the time of the appointment, and one should not have to leave their RV for days before service begins. This has unfortunately happened to us at Affinity several times before, as well as today. The repair service is excellent once it is started.
It was good...John was upfront, honest and patient with us. Love the ease of pulling the trailer. We'd recommend Affinity & John to others & have.
