I put money down for a specific RV model at Legacy's ****** (greater St. Louis) ******** (now Optimum RV) in mid June 2023, which they didn't have in stock, and was told there was one remaining on the mfgr lot that I could get with a $1000 down payment. We paid cash for a brand new trailer in April 2022 through Legacy RV. After dealing with endless issues from the day we went to pick it up from the lot, it would not turn on, so we left it there for almost a week to fix that issue to our fridge literally falling out while driving and our fresh/frozen food spilling/defrosting to our sofa in ************ delivered broken and they installed the wrong size axel which blew through 3 tires down to the wires. Legacy RV Center SLC. Never been so disappointed with a company. They start out great but then nothing but a bunch of used car salesmen. Lied about the price, options & magically traded the trailer we had looked at for another trailer. Tried talking to them & nothing but the cold shoulder. Boy we have learned a lot about buying a ********** **. ! 1: listen to your first instinct! While signing papers they decided to let us know we have no warranty on this 2022Riverstone that has never left the lot! Due to paper work we will have to buy a warranty package! I purchased a 5th wheel toy hauler from Legacy RV back in May 2019. I had the trailer in for warranty the following year before warranty ended. the trailer was in Legacy RV's possession for over 2 months and they did not repair any of the items that needed to be completed. I have contact Legacy RV multiple times with a promise to call back and never received them. We just bought a motor home from Legacy RV. The motor home is great, but the people are awesome. The best sales person is Troy, ask for him. Hands down he will bend over backwards to help you, he strictly wants your purchase to be the best experience you’ll have. It was!
