RecommendedI was having shore power problems with my Phaeton 800 miles from home on the 2d day of a 2 week trip to the Keys. I found Motorcoach Store on the internet and they couldn’t have been nicer. They worked me in first thing the next morning and diagnosed my problem. Unfortunately for me, I had a bad inverter but Tony, John, and Mike jumped on it and had me fixed and on the road the next day after ordering the needed parts overnight. Thanks guys! Two thumbs up on my recommendation!

I just had the Motorcoach store add a topper to my new 2019 Ventana LE and they did an exemplary job. They expedited the parts and were able to get me in to the shop immediately. They also discovered a leak in the water tank and knew exactly how they had to proceed. They really know the Newmar coaches. They are very professional and everything was clean and put back together just like new. Our coach was as expected. Rob and Brad were easy to chat with about next steps and communicated clearly on what our next steps were. They set up to have the coach brought to us in Louisiana and the driver was awesome. (Bill) With us 900 miles apart, it was easier than any other camper we have bought.
