If I could give this place a zero I would. We worked with sales rep Tommy for a travel trailer. We originally were told one thing and when we got there it was a whole different story. We were originally given a price for our trade-in, but when we got there they told us it was going to be $2k less than. And not only that the price of the travel trailer was $5k more than what we got in the email that was sent with the model of the trailer on it. Cayman was great. He hooked our new trailer up and showed us everything we needed to know to get on the road. We are first-time buyers and it was great to have the support that we needed in order to understand all of the features and how to operate them. RV READY LAKE ELSINORE WARNING DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR TOW VEHICLE! They do not stand by their work.A bad wireup cost me a transmission and being stuck somewhere I am not supposed to be. They keep telling me its my old truck,big tires and bad existing wiring that caused the transmission problem. Not towing a 4000 pound trailer with its breaks on.Not their fault.The "Owner" paid for half of the transmission! Who pays for half of something they didnt cause???
