RecommendedJust picked up our 2023 Flagstaff 21FBRS today, and so far all I can say is WOW!...great service, great staff, and super easy process...you can tell the employees care about what they are doing and it shows! The no pressure or BS closing process was quite refreshing! My wife and I purchased a pop up camper today from Cheyenne Camping Center and worked with Kurt. It was a great experience from start to finish. We got a great price, the kind staff gave us a 90 min training session on how to use it, the service department set me up with hitch options for my 2017 Subaru Legacy, and We walked away with a nice token of appreciation - a gift of a flower for my wife and a bottle of champagne. Fair price, no pressure to up sell, honest, friendly people. I drove all the way from South Dakota because the local super center dealer was trying to charge for items I found out were “standard” and they were greedy by not wanting to budge from MSRP. I saved over $3000 by driving 5 hours!
We drove from Texas to purchase our RV at this dealership. The prices are incredible, customer service the best I’ve ever experienced anywhere and the dealership is clean as a whistle. They spent more than an hour with us explaining every detail of our camper and found a couple things wrong and fixed these on the spot. I couldn’t possibly be happier with this dealership, it’s definitely worth a drive from anywhere.
had our backpack truck camper worked on there in June 2021 not only did they fail to repair this camper they made things worse. Was winterizing the camper this October and found a zipper on the canvas broken. We did not use this camper this year soo Cheyenne camping center must of broken it will never go there again worst experience ever and still have issues with our camper

Wow, what a great business! They told us a price for a trailer in January, said they would call us when it was in. Called us in March and we picked it up in April. It was the price quoted, no increases, no doc fees, no prep fees. And all this was done with a handshake in January, didn’t sign anything, didn’t put any money down. Everything along the way was just as they said with no hassles or changes. Highly recommend Cheyenne Camping Center!
Run don’t walk! Find another RV dealer. Cheyenne was excellent to deal with until they were paid. Needed warranty work which took an act of Congress to get done. Said things were fixed that had not been touched. Washer wouldn’t work after we got it back ( this is a brand new unit under warranty) called and was told to deal with the washer manufacturer, called was told where to take it, the rv dealer called Cheyenne received the approval to do the work, I was asked to pay for it and the rv dealer would submit the paid re... read more
Absolute worst experience of our lives. We special ordered a truck camper through Cheyenne Camping Center in December, and have been consistently treated throughout our sales process as though our sale is inconsequential to their business. We have been mislead, lied to, and disrespected every step of the way. Ultimately, we were told that our camper had arrived when it had actually been in an accident during delivery.
