I purchased a 2016 f150 and was told when I got ready to leave that the second key was locked in the vault and the passenger seat had a spot on it and that they would replace it. I keep trying to get this fixed like I was promised and I get nothing but the run around. I have yet to get the second key.
RecommendedWalked right in, I was greeted by a nice man. They had my paperwork ready and the shuttle man who gave me a ride, opened the car door for me and was very pleasant and funny. I believe they have a GREAT STAFF! Excellent customer service!
We've bought a truck and also a car . Our salesman was Kevin Woolsey who we liked very much! We won't buy from anyone else. D-Patrick is the best place to go! Their service and employees are very professional and welcoming!

I reached out to them about a vehicle they had for sale. They said someone would be getting in touch with me to provide pictures of the vehicle as it just went up for sale. I texted the original person I heard from this morning to make sure it was still available. I had nothing in return to let me know the status. I drove 2 hours to see the vehicle only to be told it had sold the night before. A simple reply back would have saved me a wasted day and gas.
