Called days ago about a vehicle, schedule an appointment to view it, traveled 3 hours they call me on my way there to confirm the appointment only for me to show up and them tell me they sold the vehicle at auction, worst customer service ever

Purchased a used vehicle and was told there was nothing wrong with it. Day after purchase pieces fell off of the sunroof. Sold me the vehicle and used Bluetooth calling as a selling point because that was something I specifically said I needed. It did not work and the entire sync system was shutting down every time a phone call was made or received.
