Had my car worked on this week. When I picked it up there was grease everywhere! Not pleased.
RecommendedI bought my Ford Edge from Collyn Claywell. The dude is a tremendous sales person. He was honest and up front about every part of the buying process. He's very friendly, laid back and also a VETERAN. The sales manager Jace helped hook us up with the deal we got. All around, the whole dealership and everyone in it made it an incredible experience. I highly recommend letting them be your dealer. I'll be back, no question.
Please tell me why the sales people want to brow beat a potential customer to scan their drivers license just to look at a car. That take pushy sales people to a whole new level. Take your ‘process’ and shove it. I will never, ever set foot on that lot ever again.
Don’t ever go to dpatrick. Cody the insurance guy there lied about multiple things just for me to spend thousands of dollars. Even when I cancel the thing he sold to me I still owe thousands of dollars. Plus they have SLOW service and can only get you in after weeks. Highly do NOT recommend. I have never dealt with such a horrible car dealer. DO NOT NOT NOT EVER get any warranty from them !!!!!
I have two Fords that I have bought from D-Patrick. I have a 2003 Ford Truck F-150 4WD and a 2018 Ford Escape. I’ve never been disappointed. I have always had good service and super nice people. I recommend buy a Ford from D-Patrick.
I had to have some recall work on my car and they were fantastic! I got my car in relatively quickly and they had it done only a few hours later! I'd definitely go to them for other work as well
This place is a joke, I bought my car from D- Patrick Honda, they sent me here cause my car is a ford and they can not fix my car and charge a arm and a leg every time you walk in the door and the car is sitting now not running cause they didn’t fix it and I still am paying a car payment on my car!!😩😩🤬🤬 I will never recommend this car place to anyone that suck!!
I was not impressed with this dealership. I caught them in so many lies, then I heard them using the same lies on other people. I finally found a car I wanted then they made us wait 2.5 hours to sign the papers. I love my car but I don't recommend this place.
Do not even bother shopping for a vehicle at any D Patrick dealership. The sales team will not do anything to help you in anyway. They scheduled me to come in to purchase a vehicle and sold it out from under me. By far the worst dealership I have ever been to!!!!!
