They charged me $400 for oil change and fuel filters.This cost $200 any other Ford dealership.Do yourself a favor buy somewhere else.
Horrible! Lie! Cheat! Steal! Never ever buy a vehicle at d Patrick again! Did not honor anything they said. Lied from the get go! Lesson learned! Expensive lesson!!💰💸 Wonder if they have trouble sleeping? Doubt it. Well , I have lost enuf sleep for them and me. Haven’t stopped crying since I left there!!!! Especially the finance manager. He is definitely bad news. 😢
Customer service sucks. Ask for an oil change and they do a diagnostic that you told them not to do instead. Instead of pay $50 you end up paying $145.

Awful experience. Sold us a truck that pretty well broke down after we got it off the lot then was told that it wasn’t there fault cause “no one specified” if it was in good condition or not and we was told it was in great condition. They also did the same thing to my brother in law. He got a 2018 that was wrecked and was not informed it was wrecked and they didn’t fix it and sold it to him like that. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

We had a wonderful experience! I called and scheduled a test drive and arrived a little bit early but they were still ready for me. All the staff were super friendly! Kenny was our salesman and was easy to work with! Oh and forget the cars, they have a massage chair. Just saying.
