Terrible customer service: unresponsive, rude when they are, online service booking system is unreliable. Everyone in that place needs customer service training.

I've always been a Dodge truck kinda guy. Went there, was very impressed with their customer service, The sales team Mark Feller, Tim Keith & Cody in finance. Great service & very happy with my F150! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Thank you!

If I could give my experience with Dpatrick Ford Lincoln 0 stars I absolutely would. I came in on Monday the 16th of November for a coolant leak. They repaired the hose, allegedly and it only cost me $325. Awesome, I know! The next day Tuesday the 17th of November it’s leaking again. I call in and speak with Lisa. She was very apologetic and told me to bring it in and they would take care of it right away. I was called and told that a fitting had backed out and that was the reason for the leak. Vehicle stock #W14427 On 11/17 contacted D-Patrick about a 2015 Chevrolet Suburban LTZ 4x4. I ask 2x for the inspection report on the vehicle.The same day we test drove vehicle, vehicle had horrible shake that we thought might be a tire out of balance or tire belt separation. When we open the sun roof it stuck open and seal fell out. Trim panel by drivers seat belt falling off. Salesman was apologizing for the horrible shape of vehicle. when buying a used car, if you have any issues they will not be willing to help you unless you got deep pockets full of cash. had issues they daybi drive it off the lot, called later that night & $75 just for them to look at it. this place is horrible. Expressway is the place I highly reccomend, bought several vehicles from Expressway & they've always been more than willing to help with any issues I had

We had a bad experience with them also. Took the edge in with a loose piece of trim above the windshield. They took it on a “test drive” , which was unnecessary, and the piece blew off. Then they tried to say it wasn’t there when the car was brought in and tried to charge >$300 to replace it. Also had an engine light that was coming on intermittently (no weird engine noises and it ran fine) they told us we needed a new engine! We took it to another mechanic and it was an intermittently leaking water pump- huge difference!! W... read more
