We really appreciated all the help Dave Pearce gave us purchasing a truck for our son's first vehicle. We told him what we wanted and he delivered! Everyone was friendly and helpful.
The sales and finance people need to call potential customers back.
My husband and I visited the lot on Saturday to inquire about a Mustang. After walking around the lot for about 30 mins we had to go in to even get anyone to help us as they were all huddled in the office having a good ole time. The salesman we ended up dealing with was really nice, but the manager and people in the finance offices came off as very cocky. We had a terrible experience with D Patrick. We will not be shopping with them in the future and will not be referring any friends there as well. They do everything to get your business and nothing to keep it.
DO NOT buy a car from these people. After agreeing to buy the car I test drove, the sales person snuck in a $5000 5 year warranty in the purchase agreement which she never mentioned or discussed with me beforehand. Being that it’s been over 10 years since I’ve purchased a car I was not aware of this and after canceling the warranty only a few months later I only got back a couple thousand. These are completely dishonest tactics by the sales team, and I still haven’t heard back from them after making a formal complaint.
