My Dad's all time favorite car is His 2003 Mercury Grand Marquis that I've been driving for the last 6-7 years since it's too large for the tight parking spaces at His Senior's High Rise. Just decided to drop in for an oil change without an appointment. I was told it would be about 1 1/2 hours as there were 4 customers ahead of me. But to my surprise I was out in less than an hour.
Fay Siebers helped me pick out my car, a new Lincoln Mkz. She was fabulous and so is the car. No pressure and i got exactly what I wanted.
