This dealership is exceptional! I worked at a dealership for 25 years another life ago and generally I would rather walk on broken glass than shop for an automobile. I didn't play games when I worked in that industry and so appreciate the opportunity to work with a dealership that doesn't either. I purchased my Lincoln MKX from a very polite and helpful young man who asked what I was looking for. He immediately brought around a silver vehicle with most of the items on it that I wanted. There was no pressure from him to buy. Just very good at answering my questions. I have had the oil changed once and was happy with the service.I also hit something with a tire and was concerned that I might have damaged it. They told me to bring it in and they would check it which I did. They did not charge me and did it very quickly.
Appreciation goes out to Henry Hayden for being awesome. It was a pleasure working with him. A sincere, understand gentleman. He did everything possible to answer our questions and fulfill our every need.
