Absolutely pathetic customer service. They do not care about you once you drive off. D-Patrick admittedly lost the keys to my new car and refuse to replace them. They wont answer calls, texts or voicemails dating all the way back to January 2018. I've made sure my friends and family know better than to go there, and I hope anyone that sees this will avoid them as well.
Worst experience we have ever had w/ a dealership. Especially when purchasing a high end vehicle. Not only were they completely unprofessional, but also never refunded our deposit. Still to this day after several detailed messages for numerous staff, not even a phone call back. Again -the Worst Ford dealer and attention to CSI we have ever encountered. I would highly suggest you do business somewhere else.

I bought a vehicle from them that was not inspected, most of them arent, and within 24 hrs couldnt drive it anywhere and was going to cost a lot of money to fix. i would never recommend this dealershio to anyone.
5 stars Drove 2 hours to get a F150. Alissa helped us online to get a appointment and Tracy was our salesman. Amazing help . They had the trucks I wanted and a lot of them, and also better price than I thought. Finance was super fast and easy. I went to all fords in western KY and no one could compete with D- Patrick in Evansville.
