I purchased a 2016 f150 and was told when I got ready to leave that the second key was locked in the vault and the passenger seat had a spot on it and that they would replace it. I keep trying to get this fixed like I was promised and I get nothing but the run around. I have yet to get the second key.
Walked right in, I was greeted by a nice man. They had my paperwork ready and the shuttle man who gave me a ride, opened the car door for me and was very pleasant and funny. I believe they have a GREAT STAFF! Excellent customer service!
We've bought a truck and also a car . Our salesman was Kevin Woolsey who we liked very much! We won't buy from anyone else. D-Patrick is the best place to go! Their service and employees are very professional and welcoming!
