Vehicle stock #W14427 On 11/17 contacted D-Patrick about a 2015 Chevrolet Suburban LTZ 4x4. I ask 2x for the inspection report on the vehicle.The same day we test drove vehicle, vehicle had horrible shake that we thought might be a tire out of balance or tire belt separation. When we open the sun roof it stuck open and seal fell out. Trim panel by drivers seat belt falling off. Salesman was apologizing for the horrible shape of vehicle. when buying a used car, if you have any issues they will not be willing to help you unless you got deep pockets full of cash. had issues they daybi drive it off the lot, called later that night & $75 just for them to look at it. this place is horrible. Expressway is the place I highly reccomend, bought several vehicles from Expressway & they've always been more than willing to help with any issues I had
We had a bad experience with them also. Took the edge in with a loose piece of trim above the windshield. They took it on a “test drive” , which was unnecessary, and the piece blew off. Then they tried to say it wasn’t there when the car was brought in and tried to charge >$300 to replace it. Also had an engine light that was coming on intermittently (no weird engine noises and it ran fine) they told us we needed a new engine! My husband and I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and before we got home the check engine light came on. We had it checked out and they said it would be around $1000.00 to fix. My husband contacted them and they offered no help in getting this fixed. The mechanic said somebody else had chased the same problem but did not fix. They had to know about this problem but sold it to us without disclosing the information. We will never buy another vehicle from them nor will we recommend them to anyone. They just serviced my 2016 F150 25k miles, now oil is leaking from around the oil filter. If you can't trust a dealership, who can you trust? Of course I noticed it after hours and won't be able to get the issue resolved until Monday. Weekend plans shot.
Worked there for a couple years and they were some of the most friendliest caring people I’ve ever met, they have amazing customer service and care about meeting their customers needs to make them happy
Worked with Manny, Ben, Kevin and Tim. Left msg for owner, Mike. Extremely unprofessional salesmen. Don’t return calls or texts. Ran credit app and didn’t even give results. Called several people and only the cashier answering the phone was helpful. He needs a raise. I’ll take my business elsewhere. DON’T LET THEM FEED YOU THEIR LIES.
