I was not impressed with this dealership. I caught them in so many lies, then I heard them using the same lies on other people. I finally found a car I wanted then they made us wait 2.5 hours to sign the papers. I love my car but I don't recommend this place.
Do not even bother shopping for a vehicle at any D Patrick dealership. The sales team will not do anything to help you in anyway. They scheduled me to come in to purchase a vehicle and sold it out from under me. By far the worst dealership I have ever been to!!!!!
My son bought a used vehicle last night and thank God he was in a parking lot when the brake caliper blew up or they would wreck. When he called the car lot to tell them what happened he was told that it was a used car and sold as is. He was told that they couldn’t even give any kind of discounts or coupons. To me they should at least gave him a gas card or some kind of discount card for his troubles.

I went to this dealership to buy my first car, Nathan was really helpful and nice throughout the whole process. When I went in to sign the paperwork and go through the insurance packages the person was rude to me and made me feel dumb for not purchasing any extended warranty packages.
