Awesome service! Being from out of state, Mark Feller assisted in reserving and holding a car until our arrival in Indiana. Was not pushy. Got us what we feel was a great deal! Thanks Mark!
If there was a zero star option, I would have chosen it. I drove an hour and a half to come look at a truck after calling and verifying the price. I get all the way here and find out that they intentionally misguide people with their pricing so that they can seem cheaper until they get the customer here. Would not honor the price listed because of the fine print.
Dealership has a 2017 Edge listed for 23k, Matt the sales rep tells us our trade is 8k and then says the final price before taxes is 23k??? Obviously this dealership cannot do math or is very dishonest. Matt advised we did not qualify for the rebates. When pressed on which rebates, Matt could only name two that equaled 1.5k. Guess we will contact Expressway Ford and see if we can find an honest rep there.
Got a used focus with 22k im now at 26k and the transmissions are garbage dont buy them they shake and shutter. They say theres nothing wrong with it but a car with 26k miles should NOT shake at all
Mark Feller sent us home with exactly what we were looking for.
We took our Lincoln in 2 weeks ago and just got it back. Needless to say they over charged us! Warranty is now in the mix of it. And they scratched my rims and tires all up! They refuse to fix them! They also refuse to pay us back what they overcharged! I will be going further up the line to get this resolved! It's ridiculous!
