I purchased my Lincoln MKX from a very polite and helpful young man who asked what I was looking for. He immediately brought around a silver vehicle with most of the items on it that I wanted. There was no pressure from him to buy. Just very good at answering my questions. I have had the oil changed once and was happy with the service.I also hit something with a tire and was concerned that I might have damaged it. They told me to bring it in and they would check it which I did. They did not charge me and did it very quickly.
Brandon Baker worked hard to find just the vehicle I wanted. After buying a Ford Edge when I retired, decided definitely wanted another SUV but had particular colors in mind for exterior/interior. Ford no longer using those. So the Lincoln had just the right combination. Brandon found my car in AL. But it's home in IN now. Thanks for all your efforts, Brandon! :-) j
