After a year, I still drive 50 miles to take my car to D Patrick for service. They are always courteous and efficient. With an appointment, I get in on time.
The staff works hard to create a customer-friendly experience both in Sales and Service. I was very pleased with great job the Detail department did on my husband's SUV and with how easy it was to lease my Escape.
Good location, nice facility. Only been there once for service but plan to go back when needed.
Today we bought our second Explorer and the customer service here was second to none. We were treated as if they had known us forever. Everyone was so friendly and personable and we never got the feeling that we were being pushed into buying anything. I cannot recommend this place enough!! Ask for "Uncle Dave". He's the best!
I bought my Ford Fusion here last week and it was a great experience! I typically dread having to deal with car salesman because the ones I have dealt with in the past have been too pushy and don't seem to really listen to what we want out of the purchase. My husband and I were impressed with Brian D. as he wasn't pushy, but was straight forward with us through the entire process and we could tell he knew what he was talking about.
