I am always impressed with the helpful and informative service
I would have liked to give a 5 star rating, but it did take me 2 visits to get the problem resolved. However the staff was very attentive and accommodated my need for a loaner vehicle. I wouldn't hesitate to return to D-Patrick and happily recommend them to anyone needing service. Love the garage for dropping off a car and the waiting area is great.
This is my second vehicle purchase with Bobbi Davis and my third purchase at D-Patrick Ford. Bobbi is great to work with and she helped make the last purchase a successful surprise for my wife.
Bobbi did a great job. She was determined to find me the car I have been searching for and met all my expectations!! I love my new Ford Edge, thank you Bobbi!!
