I wouldn't take my car anywhere else I can drop by anytime I have a problem and Casey will always find time to help me with what ever I need ,I actually purchased my SUV from Town and Country Ford And it was supposed to be certified and it wasn't had an oil leak the the next day after I purchased it from them so I took it back to them and needless to say it wasn't pleasant and 2 weeks latter another leak so I took it upon myself to transfer my loan to a different bank and my car is took to D-PATRICK Ford and that was 2 years... read more
Huge shout out to the detail manager, Eric! I just left there with some questions/concerns and with him explaining and making suggestions, I feel much better and know what to use properly and when. He was extremely nice and didn't seem bothered by what some would take as "stupid questions". So impressed with this purchase we've made from this dealership from our sales guy Scott, to the service department and the detail shop!! Keep up the good work!
Started off with online credit application and communicating with text message. Which made it extremely easy! Once we were at the dealership to test drive the van we were interested in, we were introduced to Chloe. She was so sweet. She engaged in our conversation just like a friend or family member. She wasnt pushy or trying to sell us something. She made us very comfortable. Extremely easy process. Chloe even though you had mentioned you were new, you killed it!! You did awesome!!
