DO NOT buy a car from these people. After agreeing to buy the car I test drove, the sales person snuck in a $5000 5 year warranty in the purchase agreement which she never mentioned or discussed with me beforehand. Being that it’s been over 10 years since I’ve purchased a car I was not aware of this and after canceling the warranty only a few months later I only got back a couple thousand. These are completely dishonest tactics by the sales team, and I still haven’t heard back from them after making a formal complaint.
I bought a used car was told by salesmen car had been checked and no problems get home leaks oil that night. Get ahold of the service department and they said they had noted it had a leak. Told as is and you got a good deal. Shop elsewhere or have your mechanic check it out.
Mark Feller made it so easy to purchase my vehicle. He provided me with the vehicle and the price that I wanted. It was such a great experience I will have no problem referring family and friends to Mark for their future purchases.
