Paul Patton who was the chippy was amazing!! great standard of work, friendly and professional. Shame the organisation and professionalism of the rest of the company. Many times trades didnt turn up, opened my bedroom and kitchen doors which they had no rest to go into but left them open and let duct in those areas, no protection put over carpet on the stairs, no door cover or covers out over the fish tank. 1 tradesman put tape over the ring doorbell so you couldnt see if anyone can to the door when I wasn't living there due... read more
Would highly recommend. Very professional and polite. Work completed to a high standard.
Total shambles. Poor communication, poor organisation, poor overall standard of work. Months of nothing happening then a flurry of badly managed / chaotic work. Some of the tradesmen were great, overall the standard was poor and our insurers are having to use another company to redo a lot of the work. I would suggest that if your insurers try to use them, insist on another company. I could list multiple examples. 100% work completed at my Father's garage. The work was perfect and all rubbish removed.
