The actual roofing work was done on time and the team were friendly as well as courteous. However, over the course of the work, some internal plastering was damaged and we were told they would arrange to have this rectified. Initially we were told that he was likely to come on a given Tuesday or Wednesday, although he did not show and I understand we received no follow-up until we reached out the following week. D Haynes roofing recently completed a full guttering replacement and some roof repairs, very pleased with the overall service received. The communication over email despite all my questions and the guys on site who were tidy and just got on with the job. One small thing was missed however they came back quickly to resolve. Would recommend!

So very pleased we chose Haynes roofing to replace our roof. Clear and quick ongoing communication throughout with all - office manager, surveyor and installers. Everything on time and left tidy at end of each day.
