Horrible & rude customer service would give it a 0 if i could mate, bought a plaited gold bracelet from here and it broke without anything happening to it... like how?? and the lady in the shop said to me that my bracelet is just a scrap piece of metal???? excuse me it weighs 7+ grams, they then had the audacity to show me bracelets weighing less than 3 grams and asking the same price as my 7+ gram bracelet?? i then went to a different jeweller on stratford road and they were able to fix it there and then. will never be purc... read more

Im surprised theres negative reviews on here, i went in sunday the 27th of July, there was a older gentleman i spoke to and he was so kind, friendly and helpful, showed me different ideas on necklace designs, i did not feel rushed, was willing to spend time with me as i am New to buying gold jewellery
