For the last year, I have had a loud squeak coming from my back tire when riding my mountain bike. I took the bike to tow other bike shops that did tune ups but didn't fix the squeak. This weekend I dropped off the bike at the Cyclery in Edwardsville and they could not re-create the squeak but did not give up and found the reason for the squeak and got if fixed. My ride tonight was quit and so much better. Thank you to Justin and all the other great employees at the Cyclery.
Matt is always nice and knowledgeable. Their service is fast, efficient, and if course pleasant. They've always treated me well. I really appreciate that every time I drop my bike off for my free tune up, it always comes back to me clean and shiny.
Everyone was so helpful and friendly! There was no pressure in buying a bike. They gave me time to look and allowed me to test ride. Enjoyed the experience.
Best service and selection in town! Their staff is very attentive, professional, and knowledgeable.
I have yet to run into an employee there that wasn't both super friendly and super knowledgeable. They have a passion for cycling and they have always been able to get me the right things I need to make my biking experience awesome. Wish they would open on the Missouri side too! :)
