Walking into the shop is kind of like walking into the bar in Cheers. Scott in the running department is super knowledgeable, and the bike service department does a great job. Great, fast service and really helpful at giving me information so I can make decisions about repair/replace/upgrade dilemmas.
Great People, Great Service, Great Products. This is what I expect and this is definitely delivered daily at the shop. I have purchased many bikes here and there is nowhere else to go. I can also personally verify that The Cyclery has stepped up multiple times to meet the needs of some less fortunate children in our area, they do not talk about it but I will. Thank you for all that you do.
I have been dealing with these folks since the 1980's!!! They have consistently offered friendly professional service and INCREDIBLE INVENTORY; Lots to choose from ...bikes, parts, clothing and accessories! The Cyclery is worth the drive from the Missouri side!
Telling my full expetience I am a "service" kind of person. My family and I stopped in about a month ago. When we were in town. I didn't get much help from the associate that day almost seemed uninterested in whether we bought from there or not. I had considered buying from another shop. Just purchased my first road bike today from the Shiloh location and had a PHENOMENAL experience. After shopping around at multiple bike shops in the area I came back to The Cyclery due to the great atmosphere and an unpushy sales staff. Justin and Nicole helped me out at that location and the customer service he and she delivered was top notch to say the least. Couldn't be happier with my bike!
