These guys rock. We were 125 miles from home and blew the sidewalk out of a tire. They sent Shawn out 5 miles from their shop to bring us a tire also we didn't have to abandon our 250 goal. Thanks guys! You saved the day!

So after a big mess of a certain employee there, the Cyclery went above and beyond to make it right for me and even delivered me the correct brake line to my house so that I didn't have to make another trip! Thanks The Cyclery!
Our family has bought 14 bikes there. We also bought our tandem there for our 25th wedding anniversary. We have had nothing but outstanding service. There is not another bike shop in the St. Louis area that has as many bikes or inventory as the Cyclery. They support so many local rides, runs and walks to help with their fundraising. Thank you Cyclery for all you do!!!
Just recently purchased two bikes from here and could not be more satisfied with the service. Worked with Steve over several hours on selecting the best fit bike for both me and my wife. He was very knowledgeable, patient and willing to answer all our questions....which were many:) In fact he helped with the install of a new bike rack we also purchased; this on Sunday afternoon when it was 93+ degrees. Would highly recommend giving them an opportunity to earn your business!
