Always helpful and service is quick for flats and minor tunings
Great customer service. I rode in with a bad tire and they fixed it while I waited.
Great staff. Friendly, fast and very helpful. We've purchased our last 4 bicycles here and will continue to shop here. They offer great prices on accessories, too.
I spent a brief time browsing the big sale event on 7/23...the staff is very helpful and courteous, and I even came away with a new pair of bike shoes! Well worth a visit.

Tom and Dane are the best (Alton Cyclery). I had a flat tire about three miles from the Alton store. Dane came and picked my bike and myself up and went back to the shop. Both Tom and Dane fixed my flat and had me back up and running in minutes. They were extremely helpful and provided great information.
