I was in the Edwardsville store a few days ago to buy shoes. As usual, the staff person helping us was great. He was knowledgeable and helped me figure out which shoes were best for my needs. He never tried to steer me toward the most expensive pair. Added to the impeccable service was the cleanliness and adherence to Covid guidelines. I appreciate that a ton. Thank you Cyclery staff. You knocked it out of the park again!
The Cyclery always provides top quality care to customers! I couldn’t imagine purchasing or servicing my bikes at any other business. The employees are kind, knowledgeable, helpful and truly help you find the best bike type for you and your needs!
Went a few weeks ago and had a good outdoor curbside experience. Bought myself and my son new bikes. This weekend went back to look for my daughter, not only were workers not wearing masks, but even taking customers inside they didn’t. They had some hand sanitizer they asked us to use. Bought a pair of tennis shoes in late December, 2019. Thought I’d support a mom and pop store vs. big box. The shoes are coming apart in March, 2020. Scott told me it’s because of my Dr. Scholl’s inserts. Asked them for a new pair or credit toward a new, more expensive pair. Absolutely not. Sorry lady. The shoes are not even 4 months old! And, I’m a walker, not a runner. So disappointed they don’t support their products. Buyer beware. Zero stars.
Just picked up my Terra Trike, had an electric assist put on it. Just took a test drive awesome
Amazing customer service, prices and products.
They were amazing! I have very little knowledge on bikes and I learned so much. I left with a new bike at a great price and they made sure that it was perfect and ready to go when I left. I also loved that I had the opportunity to test them out to be sure that I got the bike best for me! Great customer service, super friendly, and really clean!
