I came to the Cyclery for broken seat post hardware. Another shop in Missouri told me my only option was to buy a new $200 seat post that was proprietary to Giant. The Cyclery called Giant and got me the parts for under $20. They earned my business going forward! Great service
Two bikes have been purchased from this shop. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. Just purchased my first road bike yesterday and can’t say enough about the experience.
Great salespeople. Always ready to answer any and every question about biking, bikes, accessories. Always so very helpful. They have a great selection of bikes and accessories, biking clothing and shoes. I would highly recommend The Cyclery if you are in need of bikes or gear.
