The Cyclery is great! From hours open to sales to the service department! All great!
I have had my bike for 3 years now and I had a frame issue show up. Cyclery replaced the frame and there was no charge for parts or labor. This included moving over all accessories! It is like having a new bicycle!
David and Scott did a fantastic job taking care of me, a newbie to biking. Definitely recommend checking them out!!!
I recently received a phone call from the Cyclery in Edwardsville telling me that a gift certificate with my name on it had been found on the bike trail. A good Samaritan found it and turned it in to the Cyclery who in turn informed me. Thank you both! Yes I highly recommend the Cyclery!😃
I love the Cyclery I’ve been contemplating getting a Road Bike for a couple months. Every couple days I would stop in and ask questions and see what they had. The staff is very educated and takes the time to teach people about bikes and really takes the time to figure out what is best for you. David was amazing from finding me the perfect bike to spending an hour fitting it just to me, he went above and beyond. I would recommend them for all of your bike needs. They definitely made a customer for life.
I bought my Giant Roam 1 here. The service was amazing! I had no intention of buying a new bike when I walked in, but they showed me a bike that was perfect for my desires and when I took it for a spin around the lot, I was sold! Since then, I've bought all my cycling gear here. Their advice is solid, without being a massive sales pitch. Truly helpful team here!!
