The Marquis Buckhead management/leasing office is very unresponsive and will not return phone calls. The complex had 2 vehicle break-ins to the same truck within 7 days and the apartment complex or their management office has done nothing about it. The manager at the office told my daughter last week that she was talking to upper management that day about the security cameras not working and would get back to her ASAP. I do not recommend living here. Tons of turnover of leasing office staff and very poor communication from them, you will often get incorrect information. Lived here 5 years and it really went downhill and I should have left sooner like a lot of other residents did. Also very close to the highway which is loud, streetracers like to do donuts and fireworks next the the gas station. Gates constantly broken, one day none of the fobs will work to open them and then they'll just deactivate the locks for days while trying to fix it... read more

RecommendedI highly recommend the Marquis at Sugar Land for anyone looking for a beautiful well maintained community to live. The manager Veronica goes out of her way to assist all the residents. The maintenance staff is always prompt and knowledgeable to all the residents needs. Oscar the maintenance manager is very courteous and professional. A great team all around!

Office staff will not return calls. Was able to talk to someone last month but they were very rude. I do not recommend.

RecommendedMarq West is the best property I’ve ever lived at. The beautiful rooftop views of Seattle’s skyline is to die for. And most importantly, the property managers and leasers at this community go above and beyond to really be there for their residents and take care of them on a personal and professional level. Eddie, one of the leasers, is incredibly professional, kind, patient, and went above and beyond for me as he has for other residents as well. He makes my experience here at Marq West worthwhile.

RecommendedHave lived here for a little over a year and we absolutely love it! The staff is so kind and helpful and maintenance is wonderful. The grounds are kept very nice and we have only had very minor and expected maintenance issues which were resolved that day. My favorite part is the details in the apartments like the granite counter tops and the fireplace that makes it feel like a home <3
