RecommendedThe only positive experience has been with the maintenance team, who is always willing to help and make the community a better place. With that said, Burnet has the potential to be a great complex with nice amenities, and friendly neighbors.
RecommendedPerfect location! Not directly in middle of downtown Austin but still close by enought to drive into town without it being a hassle, right off of 2 main high ways makes it easy to go any direction in North Austin and close to many shopping areas such as the domain and the arboretum.

So I've been living here since August 2020. I've managed to use the gym twice. What they don't tell you is that the gyms and all amenities are only open when the front office is open and closed on Sunday... So if you work or go to school from 10-6 count using the gym or any amenities out.... They put key fobs on the gym doors but these are just for show. Your fob will not work on it.

RecommendedAfter checking out several apartments in the Sugar Land area, my husband and I finally had the pleasure of visiting the Marquis at Sugar Land.
