May 23rd I informed the onsite team that I would not be renewing my lease. May 26th I gave them the required signed documentation. Since then I have submitted two work orders (one May 25th for a broken dishwasher, and yesterday for the a/c not functioning properly), neither have been fixed. I can only assume that since I am not renewing my lease this LLC is no longer up holding their end of our contract (fix what's broken!), so I would like my rent reimbursed until these issues are address. I've been renting from the Marquis on Gaston in Dallas, TX for 11 years and I can't believe the decline of customer service from the Management. My apartment experienced a flood due to a broken pipe in the utility closet.Though no fault of my own, the Manager told me I would have to file a claim with my insurance company & if I didn't CWS would charge my account. Hi CWS, I have been renting CWS apartments for almost 4 years, starting in the Marquis on Voss (Houston – 2525 Voss Road apt 476 – 333, Houston TX 78757) for 2 years. I have a perfect rent history. We recently moved out of the Park on Spring Creek property that is managed by CWS and I can honestly say it was the worst experience of my life. The only positive about this complex is that it is located right behind the Jack Carter Dog Park. If it wasn’t so conveniently located and our dog didn’t require an immense about of exercise every day, we would have broken our lease within a month of moving in. Cooperate office is non responsive to calls regarding pests problems in the home. Property is unkempt and bug infested, but management will not take action.
