The place has gone downhill over the past year or so. They don't enforce parking regulations and the "amenities" are a joke. Due to Covid, the pool was only open when the office is open. That was not very useful to those who actually work. Now that the pool has closed for the season, the office is very excited to announce the fitness center will finally reopen. Great apartment, and the service puts it over the top. Cesar stays on top of everything in the building and has taken care of every request I’ve had in my apartment. He’s a great helping hand and an even better person to have around.
The Marquis is a nice, quiet and comfortable community! The grounds are very well kept and the staff here is just very thoughtful, friendly and responsive! We’ve been here for a few years and are very pleased. They even bought us gifts for our baby shower! I would totally recommend staying at the Marquis!

All amenities closed or not working... Office doesn’t answer phone...not a great experience to say the least. Covid gave them like everyone else an excuse for even worse customer service.

I’m updating my review and things have gotten a little better other than the fact I am still paying for amenities that I can’t use like the gym (which should be open like the rest of the ones in Tyler btw.) I’ve still had several issues but The community director Diana has been so nice and helpful about them. The walls are SO paper thin like I can hear EVERYTHING its so annoying.
