paula cut my hair, and she's really lovely. she's the first hairdresser to embrace my waves when cutting my hair, 'working with them and not against them' is what she said. it's one of my favourite haircuts i've ever received; a nice change from hairdressers assuming i want my hair to be straight. was also one of the cheapest haircuts ive received. thank you paula you're a gem!!

Very rude and not professional. Told me to move my car and when I explained I was only going to be 2 minutes and had my disabled son in the car. She still told me to move and give me verbal abuse. Very unprofessional I would avoid at all costs.
