Would recommend to anybody!! So much support and encouragement from all team members. The atmosphere is one that all ages can enjoy! The training always keeps you on your toes and is presenting new exciting challenges!!
One of my main goals when joining Custom Body Fitness was to be healthier and stronger. Had my annual physical a few days ago and blood tests came back the best ever in years! Triglycerides - normal! Glucose - normal! Hypertension - under control! Thank you to everyone at Custom Body Fitness. One of the best decisions I've made is to join and make going to class a priority.

I'm about a month in, and so far so good. While I'm below the goals that I originally set, the experience has been positive and motivating. Having a trainer to oversee the regime and help me with weights is beneficial. I enjoy the sessions and all the trainers are inspiring and motivating. The results are amazing!! I've been here for 1 month and I have lost 3% of body fat. I wouldn't been able to do this without the help of Sandro and his amazing crew. Everyone here is so friendly and they push you to do best. I've never thought I could accomplish this
